Burhan – Branch Manager – Pekanbaru

I joined PT Coates Hire Indonesia starting March 1, 2005, as a sales representative and my current position is Branch Manager.

Before joining Coates I worked at PT Probesco Disatama with the last position of sales executive.

The sales challenge at Coates is extraordinary because we have several business sectors such as coal, oil & gas, geothermal and construction, so we have to be more creative to convince our customer service 24/7 so that we can minimize breakdown units on site.

As time goes by, Coates can compete and develop its business in Indonesia, especially in the Sumatra branch, which has very significant business growth from year to year.

My impression while working at Coates is that Coates is very concerned with safety so that employees can work safely because the management is very supportive of safety.

I hope that Coates will continue to progress and develop in Indonesia.
