Burhan – Branch Manager – Pekanbaru

I joined PT Coates Hire Indonesia starting March 1, 2005 in my position as a sales representative and my current position is Branch Manager.

Before joining at coates I worked at PT Probesco Disatama with the last position of sales executive.

The sales challenge at coates is extraordinary because we have several business sectors such as coal, oil & gas geothermal and construction, so we have to be more creative to convince our customer service 7/24 so that we can minimize break down units on site.

As time goes by, Coates can compete and develop its business in Indonesia, especially in the Sumatra branch, which has very significant business growth from year to year.

My impression while working at coates is that coates is very concerned with safety so that employees can work calmly because the management is very supportive of safety.

I hope that coates will continue to progress and develop in Indonesia.
