Alfian Fajri Hidayat – Papua Project Manager

I Joined Coates in May 2016 as Papua Project Manager to handle contract supply pump spare parts to PT. Freeport Indonesia. I also have another role to manage logistic matters in Surabaya Area to support Operation and Sales team to give the best performance unit on hire to our customers.

Before joining Coates, I worked on PT. Andalan Multi kencana (AllMakes) – member of PT. United Tractors as Marketing Sales Department Head in Sangatta and Balikpapan. I had 5 years of experience in the mining business in Marketing and Sales, but when I joined Coates I felt excited and found a new challenge in the rental business company. I went through several challenging years in Coates with up and down business, but we can pass challenges and obstacles with our commitment, teamwork, collaboration with each other and also with management support.
