“I joined PT Coates Hire Indonesia in February 2009 as an Operations manager. And starting in January 2016 I was assigned the Sales and Operation South area role. Before joining PT Coates, I served in Maintenance Planning, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Manpower Management and Operations.

In a company that prioritizes a high level of service, the role of every employee in all departments is very important. What makes me most proud is all personnel can contribute to giving the best they have, work in a team, and grow together. I always encourage the team to keep learning and have a “passion” at work.
