Hello,
I am Khofifah Isnaini from Coates Surabaya Branch, and I joined the Coates family in 2022 as an electrician.
My time at Coates has been great; I have gained a lot of experience and upheld family values.
I hope that Coates will continue to be successful and able to compete in its field, expanding job opportunities, especially for women. Many women may think they can’t step out of their comfort zones because of gender, even though there are many opportunities to explore in areas they think are impossible, while still getting along well.
