Here at Coates Indonesia, we value the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, customers, and the communities in which we operate. We are committed to responsible management practices. We aim for a Zero Harm culture, free from injury and incident safety comes first. At Coates Hire nothing is so important that it can’t be done safely.
As part of our commitment in May2017, Martine Briers from Coates Hire Australia conducted Safety Leadership Training in Balikpapan. Safety representatives and Senior Management from all our Coates branches were in attendance for this valuable training. The central messages from this training was demonstrating commitment to safety, change management, recognising risks and risk management. At the end of the training requiring all members to make personal commitment to changing our own behaviours that would help guide our team for safety improvement. Stuart Brown President Director Coates Indonesia acknowledged at the end of the training “Making a personal commitment not only to shows those you lead that you are determined to improve safety, but importantly it becomes a personal goal to improve the wellbeing of all that we work with”.
Looking forward to being able to provide continuing training and support for our team members to build our expertise in all areas of our business.
